Required Move-In Fees:

  • Administrative Fee: $150 per unit/once
  • Application Fee: $75 per leaseholder/once
  • Security Deposit (Refundable): $500 – 1 month’s rent

Reoccurring Fees:

  • Pest control services: Included in rent
  • Trash services – doorstep: $30
  • Utility – Electric: Third party/Usage based
  • Water/sewer: Third party/Usage based

Supplemental Fees:

  • Parking: $25 per month
  • Garage: N/A
  • Storage Unit: $25 small, $50 medium, $75 large per month
  • Office rental space: $250/month or $50/day
  • Pet deposit (refundable): N/A
  • Pet fee (non-refundable): $250 per pet/once/max 2 pets
  • Pet rent: $25 per pet/per month/max 2 pets
  • Washer/dryer: Included in rent
  • Security deposit alternative – Third party: N/A
  • Internet/Technology packages: $75 per month
  • Flex pay: Third party – $14.95 based on credit

  • Gate card: N/A

  • Access device – replacement: $100 per occurrence
  • Access/lock change fee: $25 per occurrence (after 10pm: $50)
  • Early lease termination/cancellation: $250 assignment fee OR up to 2 months rent buyout fee

  • Late fee: 10% of the balance plus $50 after the 10th
