Nice place to live. The common spaces are very necesito. The área is so calm and far of the bussy activities. The peole is so Kindle. The apartments has nice finished.

I really appreciate Bonnie Jackson out new manager we have now. I been here about year and she just took over not long ago as management. She is a great attentive and very helpful individual. Definitely I appreciate she is very perceptive to anything you say to her and makes you feel like is easy to talk to her. Outstanding manager appreciate her !!

Amazing renters experience. It’s such a welcoming community, since living here I have grilled most of my dinners by the pool and have enjoyed a game of billiards after. Everyone is so respectful and takes great care and pride with the amenities of the community. Rules are followed and other tenants are respected so everyone can enjoy living here. 10/10

Love these apartments! They are quiet and well maintained. Much better than student housing with all of the convenience. We have only had the chance to attend one resident but they all seem amazing. Staff is very friendly.

Quality apartment . Very nice set up you feel comfortable from the first sight the team are very helpful. When I had an issue it took less than 10 minutes to fix the problem.

I love it here at Noble. From the amazing staff to the wonderful amenities it is the perfect spot to call home. The on site storage units helps with overflow in my apartment and allows me to have a spot for me and not my stuff

It has been great so far. We love everything here. People are very friendly in this apartment community. We have been using the gym a lot. The nice thing about the gym at noble is that it opens 24/7. And it is not crowded at all. We truly enjoy living in Noble.

I love the safety features at Noble on Newberry. Having young kids, it is comforting to know Noble has went the extra mile to keep us safe. We also appreciate the maintenance team, and how quickly they resolve any issues that arise. In addition, Noble on Newberry keeps their entryway clean and welcoming at all times. The front desk team always has a smile waiting to welcome residents back, and new guests as they arrive. All of this is important to us, and we are happy to be a part of such an awesome community!

El personal son muy responsable y diligente. All service requests for the apartment I rented were attended to efficiently and quickly. Cleanliness in general terms is satisfactory, the gym area is always clean and so are the bathrooms.

It’s very quiet here. Rarely do I hear any loud noise. Areas are kept clean. Beautiful amenities. I feel safe here. The surrounding areas are nice and well kept. They keep us updated with issues and events. Love the food trucks.
